Welcome! A little introduction I'm 43 years old, married and father of 2 princesses aged 7 and 14. Spanish origins....and born in Normandy! I spent my entire childhood and schooling there until obtaining my Master's degree in marketing/communication applied to sport. I then landed my first job at Décathlon CHATEAUROUX as a department manager. I worked there for 2 years then turned to the finance field. 10 years between banking for individuals and professionals to finish this chapter as a financing broker. I finally decided to launch into real estate, a field that had already beckoned me at each "transition". I've been in real estate for just over 8 years, 7 years as an independent agent in CHATEAUROUX and since 2025...in Saint-Malo. I'm launching 48°Nord, in the city close to my heart, Saint-Malo, to guide my clients through their real estate and wealth projects. I propose to be the skipper of YOUR projects.
